A Nigerian woman has died in Thailand after a butt implant surgery went awry.
Joy Williams, 24, was said to have died after the surgery was performed by Dr. Sompob Sansir.
Dr Sansir meanwhile has been arrested and charged with murder by negligence.
Williams, who resides in the UK, had travelled to Bangkok for the £2,000 operation, but had the implants removed after discovering they were infected.
News of her death shocked her friends, one of whom said she was never quite happy with her body, and was sad to see her go.
